GK for GCET exam also finds 1/5th weightage in the total number of questions in the exam. Thus, keeping oneself updated about the happenings of the world through newspapers, etc. will hold one in good stead during the GCET exam to solve the GK section of the GCET Exam.

The more important sections of the GCET exam with 30 questions each are the QR and the LR sections of the exam. Most students sitting for the GCET Exam dread the section of QR in the GCET exam. Containing questions on Maths, the QR section of the GCET exam must be given high priority. The knowledge of this section of the exam might help the student of GCET to garner quick marks. On the other hand the students of the GCET exam might end up in misery if this section of the exam is not taken seriously. LR section of the GCET exam, on the other hand, is not much of a worry for the students of the exam and is generally one of the most preferred sections of the GCET.
